    Hi Rob Myers you should have the new Streaks feature in Beta, have you seen it?

    Hi Anna, Yes, I have. It seems to work in that it updates each day to extend the streak. I did notice that the streaks leaderboard wasn’t accurate, though.

    The only other comment I had was that the streak rewards seem to be for quite short streaks. Will there be further rewards the longer the streak goes on?

    Overall, I like it, (although I’ll be sad to see my streak reset when it goes live for everyone!).

    The streak feature of the one pulse app, it has disappeared from the beta onepulse app which I can access on my smartphone and my tablet, the streaks disappeared from my account on friday and I am at present unable to carry on with the daily streak ls unless it is back on my account, I would like to know why it has all of a sudden disappeared

    Same. I’m assuming that the reason is that it’s now been introduced in the main app.

    Thank you for taking part in our Streaks beta test! When we first introduced Streaks a couple of months ago, we notified you that all streaks would be reset ahead of the full launch. We also shared a reminder more recently to let everyone know this was coming. 

    Now that we’ve released Streaks to all users, we’ve closed the beta—so what you’re seeing is expected. We appreciate you testing the feature and hope you enjoyed the extra XP rewards along the way!

    We haven’t received much feedback so far, so we’re assuming things have been working well—though I'd love to hear any thoughts you might have.

    Hi Anna, I came here to comment on the streak resetting - have obviously seen the above comment 👍 I just wanted to mention that I didn't realise it was a beta test when it appeared on the app - I never actually received a notification and just assumed it was a normal update. Hence no feedback given. Not a complaint, just wondering if there was anything I didn't do to see the notification/announcement?
    I do like the streaks feature 👍👍

    Hi Anna, I think that you can take the lack of feedback as a good thing! Streaks has worked well and I haven’t had any issues with it. The only suggestion that I’d have is that it would be good to have more gamification elements than just the double XP. Once you’ve achieved that, there’s nothing else. Maybe you could have one off XP bonuses once you’ve reached certain streak thresholds, e.g. after 50, 100, 150 days etc?

    Emma Chim you should have received a pop-up at the end and beginning; it was shown to everyone on that build and was a forced pop-up, it wasn't system-based. I am not sure why you wouldn't receive either of them.


    Rob Myers glad it is working for you! Yes, we are looking at other options. We have launched with a 30 day prize draw in addition to the double XP, but there are other things we can explore too.
