    Hi Janely Correa are you outside the UK or US or using a VPN which could make it look like you are?

    no, I am in the US and don’t believe I am using a VPN that makes it seem like so. I was on vacay a week or two ago outside of the area so maybe that’s the issue. how should I fix it.
