Paid pulse sending

I received an alert about a paid Pulse completed it and tried to send it but receive this message instead. It failed twice!! “Oops, something went wrong! [firebase_app_check/ server-unreachable] The operation couldn't be completed. API request error.” Then froze and I lost my 40 cent paid pulse AGAIN!!
