Paid pulse problem
I got an alert for a paid Pulse and tapped it to open and got this message โ Oops, something went wrong! Sorry! We're having a tech hiccup. Please retry in a few moments.โ. I missed out on another paid pulse!!!!

Also ANDREA PALMER please can you explain exactly what happens ? How do you open the Pulse, how you know it is a paid Pulse etc

Soon as i tap on pulse it disappears ? Is anyone gonna fix it? All my emails are ignored?

ANDREA PALMER we are still looking into this. Please can you let me know what app version you are on, you can find out in your profile.ย Are you opening these Pulses from notifications or are you seeing that it is paid on the Pulse card (the image).
