How to get the beta app
How do I download the beta app to try it out? I'm on android

Having same issue, have tried on or off for 5 days. Click on the email and it says can't download it

It is difficult for us to diagnose the problem as people have different setups. If you have access there will be an update button on our app's page in the Play Store.
You need to have given us the email address you use to access the Play Store and be logged on to the Play Store, if that is the case we can't help any further, I'm afraid. The app will be rolled out to all in due course.
