    Hi All,

    Please make sure of the following:

    - the email you gave us is your Play Store email address, this may be different from the address you use to access  the OnePulse app

    - you are logged on to the Play Store with that email address

    If that all aligns you should see an update button when you search OnePulse in the Play Store. If you need to provide us a different email address please email info@onepulse.com

    Same. App not available for this account
    Your account hasn't yet been invited to participate in this app's internal testing program.
    If you've been invited to become a tester, make sure you're signed in to the account that was invited to the testing program. If you've been invited to a Google Group as part of the program, make sure you've joined the Group.

    My email address is the same as my play store account and I'm logged into that. When I click the link in the app it just takes me to the one pulse app which only gives the option to open the current app with no update option available. This is a little frustrating.

    There is no individual download link for me, despite seeing the link that says join app. I could join the beta but it just launched a regular app and I see no differences.

    This with today's email, 5 days ago direct email takes me to original one they answered but it is the same email address that both accounts use.
