Beta app not available
I don't appear to have access to the Beta app, I've tried following the instructions in the other two threads (uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling) but I'm still on version 2.11.21 with no option to update or install a different version

Hi Craig, please can check you have given us the email address associated with your Google Play store account and check that you are logged into the play store with that account.

Ok try this : go to the Play Store app and clicking on their profile picture in the top right corner. Then, they should select Settings > Google Play > Under review apps and check the box next to your app.
I don't have that as an option in my Play Store, but maybe you do.
Also go to settings > account > google and check your email address is connected0 -
Hi, I don't have review apps option, and I've checked my email is linked and it is the same. The only option I can see for Beta testing apps is to leave all Beta testing sessions but not a list on ones I'm in

Ok. we're stumped! We are not using the Beta testing you describe, that Beta it is open and you can add yourself. We are doing something called internal testing where you need to be invited. However, we will start running that kind of Beta shortly and you will be able to join that and will be able to comment here (other beta testers won't be able to).

I've done a bit more digging, I first set up my Google account 15+ years ago and at the time, Google email addresses in the UK ended @googlemail.com, later on they switched to @gmail.com. Both email addresses work on my account to send/receive emails, could you add the @googlemail.com one to see if that works?

That's still not worked, I guess I'll have to wait for the other beta

I had the same problem, if you to one pulse on the play store and scroll down, you should be able to join the beta group from there, it then allows you to "update" to the beta app. Hope that helps.
