To access the app on Google Play store, please ensure you have sent us your Google Play Store email address because that is how we send the app to you. This may differ from your email address to log in to OnePulse. Please email info@onepulse.com if you need to let us know a different address.

Does that older app say "update"? if so please update it and you'll have the beta app

I'm in the same boat. I updated the app but everything is the same.

And are you on Android Philip Salvatori? Please can you both try an uninstall and reinstall? It's not ideal as we need people to be able to update easily, but it may give us some information.

Hi! I'm in the same boat as the OP. I do not get the option to 'update' from within the app settings or my Android settings. I uninstall and reinstall, yet am still stuck with glitchy old v2.11.21. Android on Samsung Galaxy S22

Still no joy! I have provided the email address associated with my OnePulse account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Yet, I am still stuck with OnePulse v2.11.21. What else can I try?

Tim we have added your Google Play email, do you have the app now? Please check you are logged into play store with that email address.

Both your emails were already added, Philip.  I am trying to look into the problem and whether you have to set a permission on your phone,

Also please confirm whether you have tried the link.
