🪲 Bugs & issues
If you stumble upon any bugs or notice something that’s not quite up to par with the regular app, drop a message in this thread. Got a screenshot? Even better! Sharing those will help our tech team tackle the issues faster and get things running smoothly again.

Real problems today. All notifications have simply led to blank white screens when opened.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Ow I have been shunted back to the original app, rather than the Beta version. It was fun while it lasted!

Has anybody else out there been kicked out of the trial of the new app? Mine stopped working 2 days ago. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I no longer get OnePulse Labs.......I get the old version instead.

Sorry, can't help. Other than the usual glitches, I've not had anything requiring me to reinstall. Hope someone answers you, it seems to have gone quiet! My last 2 comments haven't been responded to.

Tim Whitbread Are you on iOS or Android? Not sure how it works on Android, but on iOS the beta is installable via a separate apple testflight app.

Thanks, Rob and Emma. I'm on Android and, once registered as a Beta tester, any reinstall automatically installed the Beta version. No longer!! I've mentioned it a couple of times over the past few days, with response from the moderator. It's interesting that Emma has also had no response. I suspect that we are being shuffled off to let in new blood. Anyway, it's a bit rude to just drop people without so much as a "Thank you"!

Just had a paid pulse notification, pressed it immediately and was moved into a queue with 1 person in front, I got to the front and pressed to enter, only to be put back into a queue... with 1 person in front. When I got the front of this queue the pulse had already closed. Not sure if that's correct or there was an issue with the queuing system

I'm having an issue with the app on Android. I often open the app and instantly get one or two notifications for paid pulses but when I click it says the pulse is now closed. I feel like the notifications aren't appearing when the app isn't open.

Emma Chim your last comment was responded to, I asked you to send screen shots to info@onepulse.com, I assume you have done that? We are also looking at the layouts ourselves.

Tim Whitbread I understand you are frustrated, but those are some rather wild assumptions! We have a lovely, hard-working bunch of people behind the scenes working on the OnePulse app.Â
Please let me know which app version you are on by looking at your profile, can you also email info@onepulse.com with your app email address so we can check everything? Once on the beta you shouldn't be able to install the production version, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times myself.
Please note I am away on holiday so will not respond immediately and also we do not work weekends or out of hours when some of the recent messages have been sent.

Hi Callum Reid I have seen the in app notifications myself, but do keep an eye on it and email your log in email address to info@onepulse.com if you think you aren't getting them. With regards your paid Pulses closing, trial clients send out Pulses to only 50 people and they do close very quickly, you may have been notified about a couple of those.

Hi Anna, yes, I sent the screenshot. Thanks for your response.

Please note, at the moment due to holidays we have a skeleton staff monitoring the forum and may not respond immediately. Issues are being looked into though. Please also note we only monitor during UK office hours.

Hi, Anna
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend. However, this is a forum/community about Bugs/Issues. I identified a bug/issue and reported it: clicking on notifications took me to blank white screens. No-one responded. I did what I have done many times before; I uninstalled and re-installed the app from my Android phone. This time, rather than installing the updated Flutter it automatically installed Version 2.11.21 although I had performed the uninstall/reinstall in exactly the same way as previously. Having still heard nothing from the team, I wondered whether I had lost access to the Beta version for some reason, eg to open access to newcomers. I wondered if anyone else was experiencing similar issues, and asked the question.
Anyway, I would be grateful if I could have my access back. I have done as you suggested and emailed info@onepulse.com with the email account associated with my OnePulse account.

Tim Whitbread the team are removing you and re-adding you, we are not sure whether that will work as you are already on the closed testers list in Playstore, so we are not sure why Google isn't distributing the right one to you. We have had this with a few users who haven't been distributed the right app at all even though they are in the right group. In anycase we are looking to roll out to everyone within the next month.

I jumped on a paid pulse immediately today but found myself queueing. I got to enter, then immediately put back in the queue, then got to enter a second time then just got a black screen and eventually had to close the app.

Just finished a pulse, clicked on the show results button and it just took me to a blank white screen, I waited a little then went back and the pulse was gone(as expected).

Sashbuk yes we have some issues with queuing, these are not related to the new app and we are looking into it

Pbmother do you recall the Pulse and do you use android or iPhone?

Hi Anna, sorry I can't remember what the pulse was about. If it happens again then I'll try and remember.
I'm on a android phone.0 -
So the past couple of days, all of the paid pulse notifications have had the wrong cent value in then (7c vs my normal 41c) and all of them have been met with an error 020 when I've tried to open them

Craig Dent are you logged in with your normal account? It sounds like you are on a guest account or have created a new one.Â

I'm on my normal account, I can see the total xp looks about right and my current balance does too.

Actually all of the pulse notifications I'm getting now give error 020, and when I go into the app manually there are no pulses there

I just got a pulse notification. I clicked on it immediately and got an error.
Oops, something went wrong!
[firebase_app_check/server_unreachable] The operation couldn’t be completed. API request error.0 -
Hi Craig Dent we have looked into it and know what the problem is, try uninstalling and reinstalling, we may need to do something at our end though.
Â
Sashbuk that looks like a backend issue, let me know if it persists

Thanks Anna, that seems to have worked for me

I haven't commented recently as things have been running pretty well. However, I still can't see the level numbers - I just see L3 on both ends. I was just wondering if there was an update on that issue?

Hi, I've been getting notifications of pulses but when I've clicked on them I keep getting that the pulse has closed, even though I've literally only just got the notification.
This didn't used to happen so I don't know why it's happening now. I'm not making money as fast as I used to so I know that a lot of these pulses shouldn't be closing literally seconds after getting the notifications for them.1 -
Having read through the posts I noticed notifications don't seem to work oroperly. Normally I'll recieve several notifications throughout the day. I downloaded the beta 2 days ago. Since the notifications only appear after I've opened the app. I did go in & verify the notification setting is set to All.
