Our community is at the core of everything we do here at OnePulse. We have established Community Guidelines to ensure OnePulse stays a safe and welcoming space where every Pulser can express themselves freely and voice their voice heard.
Unrelated responses (yep, that includes keyboard bashing)
When answering Pulses, keyboard bashing or giving responses that don't relate to the question is a very BIG no-no. Always take a moment to consider your response to the question and provide answers that bring value. If you're ever stuck or unsure how to respond to a question, tap here for tips on what to do.
Misinformation
It's super-duper important to be truthful when answering Pulses and filling out your demographic profile. Things can change in life - becoming a parent, welcoming a furbaby, changing jobs - so we've made it easy for you to update your demographic profile whenever you need to - head over to the fourth tab in the app and voila! Always be real and honest because any attempt to manipulate or deceive our system will not be tolerated.
Multiple accounts
It can be tempting to create multiple accounts to try and boost your chances of getting more Pulses, but trust us - it's not worth it. We have smart tools to help us catch Pulsers who are not playing fair. If you've already got multiple accounts, own up to it and email us at info@onepulse.com. We'll help you sort things out. It's better to be safe than sorry and avoid being permanently banned.
Harassment & abuse
Not everyone will always see eye-to-eye, and that’s normal. We ask that you always respect each other's viewpoints, even when they differ. We absolutely won’t tolerate abuse or harassment within our app, our social media channels, or within any other communication you may have with us.
If a Pulser violates these guidelines, our Community Team will act on them. This might include a warning, or in the event of repeat behaviour, the Pulser may be removed from the community and all monetary and XP rewards forfeited. If you see behaviour on our app, our social media channels or other channels that violate our Community Guidelines, let us know at info@onepulse.com, and we will investigate.
